About the Owners
Johnny Diamantas, M.S.
Johnny graduated from the University of South Florida in 2009 with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and subsequently was accepted into the Nova Southeastern College of Medicine. However, as a lifelong entrepreneur, Johnny decided to switch career paths and left medicine to complete a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Applied Technologies at the University of South Florida in 2012. That same year, he launched an e-commerce business and soon after began in real estate part time in 2014. After his e-commerce business was acquired in early 2016, Johnny successfully transitioned into a full-time real estate investor. Johnny has since completed over 200 real estate transactions and completed a Certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard University Extension School in 2019. He is also a charter member of the Tampa Bay Real Estate Investors Association Ethics Committee. Johnny is an avid reader, baseball and football fan, and a fledgling Spanish student. Johnny and his wife live in Brandon, Florida.
Waleed Ahmed, M.S.
Waleed is an alumni of the University of South Florida. He has a Master’s in Management Information Systems. By combining his business knowledge with his love of technology, he is able to successfully help businesses grow. Waleed has helped numerous companies in different sectors by applying technology to enhance their business processes, sales capability, customer service, and provided analytics for growth. His analytical and methodical approach to solving problems of growth and profitability are some of the skills that make him a great asset to Fair Price Properties.
