Towards the end of July 2016 I called Johnny from a card I received about interest in purchasing my property located in Tampa, Fl. After my tenants moved out, the property required more repairs than I wanted to get involved in, especially since I live out of the area. I was strongly considering to sale.Johnny and I discussed the property, its condition and amount I had in mind as a sales price. We set a time to meet at the property. Johnny was punctual, professional and friendly without a ‘hard sales’ personality.I had a set amount that I thought would be fair for a property that was to be sold “as is” and had a bit of work that would need to be done. Johnny said he could meet my request and filled out a contract during our first encounter. I reside out of the area in a rural area with no internet. He worked with me via fax and emails to do all the paperwork needed prior to closing. Everything went exactly as he informed me, even though I was reluctant in believing how easy everything would be.Today was the closing, the title company he choose was totally prepared, it took about half an hour to sign everything and have the monies wired to my bank.Wow! It really was easy. Johnny showed himself to be knowledgeable, available, and trustworthy (which is a major attribute).I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has interest in selling their property.
